Although the AutoBlogged admin panel is only in English, the autoblogging features should work with feeds in other languages as long as your platform supports the character sets.

The autotagging engine is optimized for English content, but will at least partially work with other languages. To improve autotagging in other languages you can modify the tags.txt and notags.txt files.
